I've been using Macs for a long time and have solved many technical issues from the help of online forums and others. However, this error confounds me, and I need help.
OS-X Leopard shows that I logged in twice under the same account. As you can in the picture, there are two Restart, Shut Down, and Logout options.
Also, whenever I open and close windows, there is a black and white border that stays for a few seconds before it disappears.
And, there has been an intermittent knocking sound from the speakers and line-out.
I've restarted, logged out, power off, and a host of other measures, but nothings has been working.
