Copy Files from Server to Client

I want to copy a folder from my server to all the clients in the Network(about 30) everytime one of the clients connects to the server and only if the original file from the Server has been altered. Ideally the Copies replace the older ones and everything works one way from the server to the clients.
I´m Running 10.6 on a Mac Mini as a Task Server and all the clients are G5s and iMacs.

Please help me I´m very new to networking and i can´t come up with a solution.#

I thought about using Automator but i was told Remote Desktop should be able to do that.

Ok so far I´ve come up with the Auto-Install Function of Remote desktop, which just needs me to convert a Folder into an Auto install package file and distribute this file to my clients.
But how can i delete the old files? Any Ideas?
