Hi all. I have a custom word template that users can download through my website. The idea is they will download the file to their Downloads folder, then move the file to the correct Templates folder, I want the context menu to come up, so they can select a download location. My tester tried clicking on the link and using Command-click, and both times the template opened rather than the context menu coming up. It seems to work on my computer (my keyboard is Windows, so I'm using Ctrl-click rather then Command-click)

Why can't they get the same result?

Thanks,
Rob

Actually, he was using Option-click. My point is, how do I bring up the context menu on a website link?

Hello and welcome.

Option-click or right-click should bring up the contextual menu on a website link on a Mac. Alt-click on a Windows keyboard should do the same.
