Hi all, just got an mp4 player for the wife and the software is on a small cd, can i put this in my macbook drive or will it get stuck?

Small CD's and slot-in drives, as used on most macs (all except the Mac Pro, I believe), do not fit well together, see if you can download the software from the manufacturer's web site instead - better than getting a trashed drive.
