Cannot Delete Problem Category

I set up a Category but found it was including not just the emails I set Rules for. When I try to Delete it, I am unable to-the Delete button is not active. Currently all my junk mail is now placed in this Category.... I have deleted all the Junk mail and tried to delete but to no avail. Please advise.
