Ghost alias in trash that cannot be deleted - Plz Help

I have a strange item in my trash that won't delete.
I have tried both pressing option and empty, and shift+option and empty; however neither will remove the item.
It is invisible in "icon" view, but visible in all the other views. The file name is incomprehensible to me, I have attached a picture of it.
When I select "More info" for the file the finder restarts. Unless I select "More info" from "Icon" view, in which case it disappears from the trash, reading 0 items. Next time I open it the alias is back.

I would appreciate any thoughts on this!

Have you tried rebooting to see if that clears it?

Otherwise, you can try this, it's an AppleScript compiled by our very own awesome Walrus666. Just press Run in the top left of the window that opens and enter your Admin Username/Password when prompted.
