auto fill problems

when i enter the first 3 digits of my postal code and press enter, it changes to another wrong set of digits. I go into my address book and erase and re enter new postal code,but when i go back to complete survey, it keeps re entering wrong digits. How do i erase the saved bad digits from the history or remembered info.

Hello, You can change or delete these settings by going to (Assuming that you use Safari) Safari-Preferences-Auto fill.
