3rd Gen ATV will NOT Power On or Detected in iTunes

i have a 3rd gen apple tv and one day it totally refused to power on. i tried multiple plugs and have left it unplugged for a week with no success. even connecting it to a computer not only dose itunes not see it doesn't show up at all. so i wondering if anyone might have a idea how i might get it working again?

Hello and welcome.

Unfortunately, it sounds like the internal power supply may have failed. You have done all of the troubleshooting I would suggest. Not sure, but the Apple Store may be able to check it out and confirm.
