Safari Crashing

Safari crashes as soon as I click on anything... In my preference it says all my software if up to date, and now that I can't use the Internet I can't download another browser to see if that works instead. Also, iPhoto crashes when I export photos, both problems happened around the same time... Any suggestions? This are both happening on my MacBook

With Safari I'd start by Safari > Empty Cache...,
If that doesn't clear it Safari > Reset Safari...
If that doesn't clear it got to ~/Library/Preferences and Trash com.apple.Safari.plist

with iPhoto start by
Launch iPhoto holding down the Command and Option keys, Rebuild the Database and Fix Permissions.
If that doesn't clear it go to ~/Library/Preferences and Trash com.apple.iPhoto.plist
