Internet/ safari crashing

Hi All

I am still having problems with my internet crashing. While on safari and Fire fox I keep getting messages saying your internet connection has failed.However if I bush the back button it go s straight back to previous web page, so to me proves I am still connected , also if you go through diagnostics it also says internet connection ok, and the router shows connection. I have reset Safari by clearing cache and cookies. Still no joy.

Any ideas?

Going back to a page you visited does not necessarily prove you're connected. A browser can use its cache to see a previous page. Since this is happening to both browsers, I'm inclined to believe there might a problem with your connection. I'd start there. Call your internet provider and ask it to test your connection.
