Upgrade Needed

There are four incompatible app upgrades that I cannot install on my MacBrook Pro, including Pages and iMovie, until I upgrade my OS. I'm working on an early-2015 MacBrook Pro that is running High Sierra V. 10.13.6. I need to go to a V. 14 and there doesn't seem to be one for High Sierra. The next upgrade is Catalina. Can I run Catalina on this machine?
