uninstall Java for MacOSX 10.4 release 7

i installed the latest software update of Java for MacMacOSX 10.4 release 7 but it is too advanced for an application I want to access (Accuro WebClient) and I have to uninstall and reload Java version 6, build 7. However, i can't get the new version uninstalled so I can reload the older version.

Pretty basic probably but I can't seem to figure it out.
