UBS keyboard quit working

I have a 2015 MacBook Pro flash drive that I have a Dell monitor an Apple keyboard and a Wacom pen connected to. I disconnected everything to use the laptop separately and after plugging everything back in the keyboard won't respond. I moved the USB connections around with no luck and did a reboot. Pen works fine on either screen. I'm missing something but have no idea what. Help.

Try resetting the SMC:
Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac

Check the section titled: On Mac notebooks with non-removable battery

Let us know if that does;t correct the issue.

I believe that is what I did when I held 4 keys...P R Command and Option while starting the computer. End result, all with the help of a phone call from the Genius Bar, a warranted keyboard.

You performed a PRAM reset - SMC is different. But, since you are getting a replacement, all is well.
