Spawning Darwin Cmds from Finder

I like to get three terminal windows running at the same time. This is a piece of cake from the shell:

$ open Terminal.app
$ open Terminal.app
$ open Terminal.app

Ok, so now I'm oooiiieee-GUI and I want a thang on my desktop that if I click it will open my three terminal windows. Without using AppleScript :)

Another way to phrase this question is: Is there a way to take just any old script (bash, ruby, perl, etc.) and make it possible to click'n'go from the Finder?
