software question?

Hi Ya'll!

Very first question from a brand new member. I have a Power Mac OS X. Been on Macs for the past 10 years but still a bit of a novice.

My question: is there a software program that allows "*.exe" (windows) programs to be opened on my Mac??

There are some neat things out there with that extension and seems that's just too bad for us Mac users.

Help?!

What programs do you have in mind? There are Mac versions of quite a lot of apps and it's possible that you won't need to follow my next advice and that's to run Windows on your Mac via Boot Camp or another virtual method.
