Setting Up Non Apple Mail Account

My wife has taken on my old iPad. i have set her up with own Apple ID, email etc
she wants her previous non apple email account to forward e mails to her iPad
In the past, her e mails all came to me on my iPad.
I've tried to set it up but she gets all my e mails as well
we want to have our own mail on our own devices
our IP is virgin, but our emails are on a domain i set up, so that if we changed IP we could keep our email addresses
she does not have an e mail address with virgin -perhaps this is the problem
any help much appreciated

Hello,

It sounds like you setup your account and she doesn't have one? If so, then she will receive your emails. You will need to find out her email account details and set it up on the iPad. You may be able to find her account information on the iPad that previously received her email.
