SOLVED Removing a Header Bar in Gmail

For some reason Veterans Benefit Association appears in my email header bar. How do I get rid of it? Don;'t know where it came from. I do visit that web site on occasion. Help..

Cool! You might want to download and run Malwarebytes on a "semi-frequent" basis. As you can see, it does a good job.
