Recording speaker output - recommend app.?

Hi,

I want to record streamed audio (from Real Player) from a website and save it as an audio file (mp3 or whatever). I looked on the internet and there seems to be dozens of free/shareware applications that do this. Can anyone recommend the best or most suitable one for me?
