Printing in greyscale

Hi,
I have a new macbook pro with lion and cannot figure out how to print greyscale? I am not new to macs by any means but this seriously has got me puzzled. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks.

Same as always, if your printer supports it, it will be in the File > Print > Application name popup menu, in one of the options below the line. This is a Printer specific setting so they are all different.

If your printer doesn't support it then File > Print > PDF button > Open in Preview, File > Export to PDF > Quartz Filter > Gray Tone
