Printing from iPad2

Is there any app that will let me print from iPad2 to an ordinary printer like Canon MP 5200? Or do I have to buy a special iPad printer? Grateful for advice.

You need an AirPrint printer or a Mac acting as a print server with some extra software.

The software your looking for is Printopia, lets you print from iPad iPhone etc to any printer connected to your Mac over the same network.
