OSX and Hotmail

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question.. but
Since the recent upgrade to Catalina, I have not been able to scroll back (use back arrow) in Hotmail. I have to go to my Inbox for the listing of messages.
Not sure if this is a common problem or not.
I really don't know how to contact Microsoft to check on this from their end.
I believe this is the only application where I have this problem.
I'm on a current Mac desktop with current OSX

Hello.

Are you having this issue in the Apple Mail application, using the Microsoft Outlook mail application, or when accessing Hotmail via Safari/Chrome?

Hi Cory.. Oh Great Guru.
Not with Apple Mail... Hotmail via both Safari and Chrome.
As mentioned.. this is relatively new.. past 6-8 months.. just got around to asking.
Not having trouble accessing.. just using the Back arrow in either OS.
Doesn't happen with any other application in either. Maybe something specific to Microsoft??

Yes, it sounds like an issue on Hotmail/Microsoft's end, especially if it does the same in both browsers. I don't have a Hotmail account to test it out with.

You could try it on another computer and/or iPhone/iPad to see if the issue happens there as well. If so, that would eliminate Catalina, and definitely point it towards Hotmail/Microsoft.
