OS 10.6.8 cant get rid of Mobile Me

Mobile Me and iDisk…can't get rid of them.

On my Mac Pro running Snow Leopard 10.6.8

In Mail, [send from] still has @mobile me

System Prefs, still has a Mobile Me Icon, when clicked, it returns an error, understandably, but I can't get rid of it.

Those are built into the older OS. Unfortunately you wont be able to change this.
