I just sent my MacBook pro to get a new hard drive since it was damaged (found this out during installation of mountain lion). Will I need to repurchase Microsoft office, and mountain lion once I get my MacBook with a new hard drive? Thanks.

No. When you sign in to the App Store, you can re-download Mountain Lion. You can reinstall Microsoft Office from the disc and simple use the same serial number.
