Need to get Win XP to find printer

Sorry for the noob questions. I have a mac mini with Tiger software. I installed Parallels and Windows XP. I set windows up to have a separate idenity for internet access. I have an HP Photosmart C3180 All-in-one printer scanner installed on the Mac. I have also installed the Photosmart software in in Windows but I have not been able to get Windows to find the attached printer. Any suggestions would be appreciate

Well, I went back and read the Parallels manual and it had some suggestions. I tried both and finally got it to work using the Bonjour software that is available on the Apple website. I am now moving on to try to get the Windows virtual machine to recognize a USB memory stick.
