Need to find great tech support for my Dad

Hi everyone,

I gave my Dad and his wife my old Powerbook (Pizmo) last January. Since then I've been able to take care of their support needs , but they seem to have created a real mess now and need more assistance than I can give. Who has the best phone or on site support in Sarasota, Florida. The users in question are not, I repeat, *not* advanced at all. So, lots of patience will be needed.
