Migration Assistant & BootCamp

I used the migration assistant and transfered my drives including my bootcamp drive. The bootcamp drive is no where on my system, but it seems to be apart of the space that was used when the data was transfered. I want to delete that drive so that I don't lose that space when i redue bootcamp. does anyone know what to do or if there is an easy way to erase everything and start over.
