My 'Virus Database Updates' log is saying this over and over again:

I have looked at the faq above but I can't work out which of the pre-compiled packages to use. I also seem to have started getting a lot of Spam to a couple of email addresses that isn't being filtered out. Is there an easy way to sort it out without having to use Terminal?
