My 'Virus Database Updates' log is saying this over and over again:

I have looked at the faq above but I can't work out which of the pre-compiled packages to use. I also seem to have started getting a lot of Spam to a couple of email addresses that isn't being filtered out. Is there an easy way to sort it out without having to use Terminal?

I ran the security update 2006-007 (PowerPC) the other day, it mentioned ClamAV in the list, and it seems to have half fixed the problem but i'm still getting a fair bit of spam and my log is still saying this:

Could you tell me (in non-tech speak) how to fix it and will that stop the Spam getting through?
