My Mac is stuck on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. When I go to software updates, it just says it's 'up to date'? Any advice to push these newer versions?

Your iMac's hardware might be too old for newer macOS versions. Try checking Apple's compatibility page or running the Diagnostics tool (restart and hold D key). If that doesn't work, you might be stuck on Catalina.

Were you able to sort it out? I’m actually dealing with the same issue on my MacBook Air early 2015 model right now. It’s been a bit frustrating, and I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence, but I only noticed the problem after I downloaded the eposnowhq software on my computer this morning. I’m wondering if there’s a connection between the two. Have you had any issues with this software or your MacBook in general? It’s always hard to tell if new software or updates could cause performance problems, but I’m starting to think it might be related.
