Earlier today, I had posted about the availability of OS 10.12.4, the latest version of Sierra. Prior to doing the download on my machines, within the Applications folder, I had the prior version of Sierra, OS 10.12.3, and in fact, I had specifically renamed the original file as "Install macOS Sierra V10.12.3". Well, after I did the download of OS 10.12.4 from the App store, I was surprised to see that my "Install macOS Sierra V10.12.3" file had been replaced by the OS 10.12.4 download (but not renamed!). I was expecting a separate file, but that was not to be. I subsequently went ahead and renamed the file "Install macOS Sierra V10.12.4". I also made a copy of it, and placed that copy inside my other folder I have for Mac upgrades (and I still have the "Install macOS Sierra V10.12.3" file inside that folder, just in case).
