Need some more information:

1. What exact Mac model do you have?

2. What exact Mac OS are you running?

3. What is the make and model of the printer?

4. What exactly do you mean by "no printers paper in the dialog box"? Does that mean it does not show the paper supply, or what?

Hello and welcome,

I think he meant no printers appear in the dialog box. Autocorrect can be a fickle friend. ;)

Thanks for trying to help "honestone". I'm sorry that my message was unclear because the word "appears" was amended to "papers" by Autocorrect. I have now solved the problem which lay with my printer not the Mac. Best wishes, Tom.
