Leopard 10.5.1 and permissions

I installed 10.5.1 yesterday. I have had no noticeable problems until I repaired permissions which took 3.5 minutes for a 500G disk. can anyone explain the results i achieved

Hi Searay I still seem to problems
this is the main gist of what i am getting
Warning: SUID file "usr/libexec/load_hdi"has been modified and will not be repaired
Warning: SUID file"System/Library/privateFrameworks/diskManagement.framework/versions/A/Resourses/diskManagementTool" has been modified and will not be modified
Warning: SUID file"System/Library/privateFrameworks/DesktopServicesPriv.framework/versions/A/Resources/Locum"has been modified and will not be repaired

Then the same start of line with following resources
runner
read config
write config
then
SUID file "usr/libex/authopen"
SUID file "System/library/coreServices/Finder.app/contents/resources/OwnerGroupTool" been modified and will not be repaired

I hope this makes sense to you. I am at a loss
