iTunes Store...

Has anyone got any tips or hints on how best to use the iTunes Music store ?

Something that I have only just used myself. Downloaded my first Album last week !

One thing that I do know is, that as ever, make sure you backup your music files !

If you're computer crashes and you can't access them you can't go back to Apple and ask for a new copy ! You would have to buy them again if you haven't backed them up !

Hmmm...one problem I have !

Buying them off iTunes is fine but I can't play them in my car !!!

My built in cd player doesn't play cd-r only original cd's !!!

So looks like it's time for a new car !

What kind of blank CD-R media are you using? Is the recordable side silver or greenish?

Or you can get one of the iPod FM transmitters...they work OK I guess, not as good as a CD. Is there an auxillary input on your car stereo?

Hi Cory,

have used the greenish ones...no joy ! The manual (clarion cd player) doesn't mention anything about being able to play CD-R's...

Only a one iPod household, and that's Wifey's !

I'm not overly concerned it was just a thought I had after using the iTunes store !

I'll try the 'Silver' cd's and see if they make a difference !

No auxiliary input's !
