IPhone SE keeps restarting every two minutes

Hi, my phone's storage has been maxed out for some time, and I've noticed a significant drop in battery life. It used to power off randomly once a week, even at full charge, but now it's shutting down every two minutes. This issue is preventing my updates from completing, rendering my phone unusable. Any suggestions?

You may want to take it to an Apple Store and have the battery tested.

TechTool Pro also has a tool to test the battery. It may just need to be replaced.
