ve recently encountered a problem with my iPhone 14 Pro where the microphone doesn't work during voice calls when using the normal handset mode. The person on the other end can't hear me at all. However, if I switch to speaker mode, the microphone works perfectly, and they can hear me just fine.
I've tested the microphone by recording voice notes, and they come out clear, so it doesn't seem like the microphone is completely broken. I've also cleaned the speaker and mic area to ensure there's no dust or debris, but that didn't help either.
Currently, I have to use speaker mode or my earbuds to have a conversation during calls. My iPhone is up-to-date with all the latest software releases. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on what I should do next?
