Attempted to activate InDesign CS6 on my Mac computer, and received this message:
“Cannot handle the request because a modal dialog or alert is active.”
It is very important that this program be reactivated as I am a graphic artist, and web pages for one of my clients need to be updated. What procedure do I need to pursue in order to accomplish this?
