i done system restore, my computers now slow and wont open itunes

i got new ram for my computer and it worked very nice and fast, but i was told to do asystem restore.
so i dont system restore and now my computer is so slow!
it wont open itunes and when i do anything on safari it goes very strange!

Firstly, who told you to do a system restore?

Secondly, what version of OS are you using?

The first step would be to take the ram out that you put in, and see if it runs any better.
