How to recover data from an empty recycle bin?

Two months ago I transferred 25 gb of videos from my Xiaomii redmi note 8 pro Android smartphone to my macbook. And two weeks ago I accidentally emptied the trash with these videos. Please help me please! There were all the videos from my phone for the last year ( (

Hello and welcome.

Unfortunately, without a proper Time Machine or other backup of your data, it will be next to impossible to recover those files. Since it has been two weeks, those files or parts of them have been overwritten during normal usage and are no longer recoverable. There are third-party data recovery applications, but they work intermittently at best, and have the best shot at recovery immediately after files are deleted.

There are very expensive data recovery companies out there, but they cannot guarantee recovery of the files either.
