SOLVED How to open html and tiff files on macbook air

An HTML file opens in a web browser, it is essentially a web page, a TIFF file should open in the Mac's Preview app or any graphics program.

If you open the 'tiff' file in Preview, you can then export it in an alternative format such as .jpg
