how do i add printer for wireless print server

I have a wireless print server and I need to add my epson r380 printer to my mac printer list. iBook G4 OS X 10.3.9. I use this printer now via usb. When i try to add it thru my IP, i cannot find this printer in the drop down box on the "printer model list" I don't know how to add to this list so i can set it up to print through the print server. I have a netgear print server and it works fine with my other printer HP. the HP worked with the driver that was in the "printer model list" drop down. I have tried the driver's listed for the "epson stylus" but they did not work. I am not sure if this was clear, but I think i need to know how to add my printer to the "model drop list" so i can select it to be used for the IP server printer. thanks les
