I concur with bluekatt.
As much RAM as the box will take (2GB theoretically).
For graphics, RAM is everything.
Swap out the Hard drive for a larger one or, if possible and budget allows add larger drive/s into a spare bay/s (there are 2 I believe). apple-history.com says this model only shipped with a 20 or 36Gb drive which, bearing in mind the OS is 4-5Gb, is modest.
For a comprehensive list of upgrade bits, have a look here;

I'm not on a commission, by the way. It's just a point of reference!
But to be honest, RAM and HD real estate would be my priority. Photoshop files can get very large and with a smaller drive, you will soon run out of space. This can also cause issues for PS as it uses Hard drive space for scratch disk which will error you out when manipulating very large files, if the disk is near full.
Photoshop and Illustrator are VERY RAM hungry, so memory is top of the shopping list in my opinion.
Hope this helps and best of luck.

thanks. My hard disk is 80GB. so, there is no problem in that. nearly 50% is still free. so, I have to install more RAM...
