What exactly do you mean by 'database'?

By database I mean to say all the emails that i currently have online. I want to clear my apple mail account and want to convert all the emails in pdf files. Is that possible?

I have searched online for solutions, and i found that one application that goes by the name of mail backup x is providing such solution.

Should i go for it? Please have a look at its official site here> http://www.mailbackupx.com/

Do reply. Thanks

No matter how you go about doing this, make sure first that you have a recent backup to an external device. Not sure how Time Machine would handle backing up all your EMails via incremental backups, as I use SuperDuper! for my backups.

If you are currently using Apple Mail and want a secure solution to convert emails to PDF then I have one. For single conversion, you can use this method.

1. Print to PDF (Built-in macOS Option)

To convert Apple Mail emails into PDFs.
  1. Open Apple Mail and select the email you want to save.
  2. Click FilePrint (or press Command + P).
  3. In the Print dialog box, click the PDF button (bottom-left corner).
  4. Select Save as PDF.
  5. Choose a location and click Save.
Note: If you have bulk email files in Apple Mail then you can use the professional third-party solution named BLR MBOX Converter Tool, SysTools, CubexSoft, RecoveryFix, etc. With this third-party solution, you can convert all your email files into PDFs in one. If you have few files then use the above method and if you have bulk files then use the suggested third-party method.

I hope my answer gives the complete solution to converting email database to PDF. 😀
