Help! - My iSight isn't working and my macbook is completely new..

Alright so anytime I open an application using an iSight camera the screen is either entire black or it doesn't open up at all. My computer detects that the iSight camera is there... but it doesn't seem to work at all. I already tried resetting the SMC and I've restarted my computer a bunch of times.. I have no idea what to do about this.. Is anyone else having this problem with their brand new macbook pro? If so how did you manage to fix it? Or do I need an entirely new computer.. HELP!! Thanks! Feel free to ask me any questions!

You are under warranty, your best bet is to phone Apple. They'll talk you through it.
