help with isight camera

Hi all, I'm having an issue with my isight cam (macbook core 2 2Gb ram with 10.5.7) The green light is constantly on but I can get no image! Any help greatly appreciated.

Solved - if anyone has a similar issue, I did a force shut down and now all is good again!
