I am trying to use a new virgin media account as my mail server on my macbook but it does not seem to take it.
I have been trying to load it via mail preferences and it seems to like the incoming mail server details so that I can receive emails via the virgin account but cannot send them or use email link
It has previously had a aol email address as the server and I am trying to change this
The internet service provider says I am putting the correct info.
I am quite new to mac and not very computer literate so have got stuck
and really would appreciate some guidance please.
