Help Boot Camp

OK....so I didn't print out the directions .

I now have windows on my mac book pro and holding down option key or the X key when starting will not bring up my Safari or anything Mac for that matter.

The Windows Vista CD is stuck in my laptop and I can not get it out.

Removing Vista and starting over doesn't seem to be an option since it starts in windows and there isn't any options to remove the running program.

Can anyone help me at this point

Since this is the only Mac in the house I cannot read the directions on the Dell desktop
since it won't open the program.

Please can anyone help????

think I got it ....holding mouse when starting up ejected disk.

Used Adobe to read all the directions and I finally got it working.
