Hard drive help

Hey guys,

I need a bit of help. I have an old hard drive from an old mac book that went bad on me a few years ago.

The only thing I could save from it was the hard drive.

APPLE 80GB MER2S 655-1285A *JY62002S7U4KA Seagate

What I can't seem to find out is how to turn this into a hard drive I can use on my new mac.
I have shown the pins in the pic above. Anyone out there know of a hookup to USB that would work for me?
