Hangup when Starting ?

Hi,

Have a 4 yr old desktop.

Won’t boot up. Tried everything.
Always hangs up.

Happened after trying to update to latest version.

Suggestions ?

BTW: what’s the normal lifetime for these desktops ? Always left on.
