Flickering tiny white stripes on MacBook Air

Hello,
since a few days I have flickering white horizontal stripes on my Mac Air Display.
If background is dark they are white and if background is white the are black.
On different spots of the display.
I made a sort video Clip but don't know how to paste it in here.

here at least some photos for the video is not accepted.
These lines are flickering.
