Entourage & lost attachments

I'm having trouble sending attachments to some addresses but not others. I work in a windows environment and am using a G5 2 GHz, OS 10.4.10 through an exchange server. Some recipients receive images fine, others find files of 0k after download. When the techs can't solve stuff the always blame my use of a mac & Entourage. Can anyone help me with this?
