Catalina os
Basically it starts ok, but as soon as you do 3-4 tasks in close succession it crashes. Then it won’t restart properly and I have to leave it for a few hours or the next day.

The drive has 100gb left out of 500gb
Have tried safe reboot, command p - r, command d.
Command s. See last attached picture.
The best response was when I used this:
1. Restart your Mac, then immediately hold down Command + S.
2.Release the keys when you see white text appearing.
3.Wait for the white text to finish scrolling.
4. Next to root#, type in the following command and hit Enter
sbin/fsck -fy ]
5. Fsck will review the file system and attempt to repair the damages it finds.
If it finds no error, it will return "The volume appears to be OK."
6. Run the command below when fsck finishes repairing to restart your Mac.
[reboot]
It was working great for a couple f hours.
But I didn’t shut the laptop down and the battery ran out and the problem started again when I recharged it.
I know it’s complicated, but any tips you may have would be great.

The drive has 100gb left out of 500gb
Have tried safe reboot, command p - r, command d.
Command s. See last attached picture.
The best response was when I used this:
1. Restart your Mac, then immediately hold down Command + S.
2.Release the keys when you see white text appearing.
3.Wait for the white text to finish scrolling.
4. Next to root#, type in the following command and hit Enter
sbin/fsck -fy ]
5. Fsck will review the file system and attempt to repair the damages it finds.
If it finds no error, it will return "The volume appears to be OK."
6. Run the command below when fsck finishes repairing to restart your Mac.
[reboot]
It was working great for a couple f hours.
But I didn’t shut the laptop down and the battery ran out and the problem started again when I recharged it.
I know it’s complicated, but any tips you may have would be great.
